Nourishing Kothare is a digital tool designed to help users manage and track household or business pantry items, monitor expiry dates and receive reminders and location-based notifications to restock or check supplies. The Platform is for informational and organizational purposes only and does not sell, supply, or promote any products directly or indirectly.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Some features may require you to create an account. When you do so, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; and - All activities under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You may use the Platform for personal or internal business inventory management purposes only. You agree not to: - Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity; - Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of the Platform; - Upload inaccurate, offensive, or infringing content; or - Misuse any data or feature of the Platform. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

The Platform may use your device’s location information (if you grant permission) to: - Send reminders when you are near a specific location (e.g., home or grocery area); - Customize notifications based on your region or device settings; and - Improve user experience and app functionality. You can control or disable location permissions at any time in your device settings. We do not track your location continuously and only use it as needed to deliver relevant alerts or features. All location data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and not shared with advertisers or third parties.

You may input or upload data such as item names, expiry dates, or usage notes (“User Data”). You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide Platform functionality. We may use aggregated and anonymized data (that cannot identify you) to improve services, perform analytics, and enhance performance.

The Platform relies on user-entered or system-generated information for expiry alerts and stock tracking. We do not guarantee that such data or notifications are always accurate, timely, or complete. You are encouraged to verify product expiry and safety before use.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information, including location data. Please review it at www.nourishingkothare.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

All contents and intellectual property in the Platform, including the software, interface, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Abhishri Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Platform for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform and all related features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data and alerts will always be accurate or timely. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhishri Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; - Any loss resulting from inaccurate or delayed alerts, including expiry or location notifications; - Any interruption or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for accessing premium features in the preceding three months.

You may delete your account or stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
