We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Platform efficiently. a) Information You Provide - Account details: such as name, email address, mobile number and password when you create an account. - Pantry data: items you add, expiry dates, categories, and related notes, all voluntarily entered by you. - Feedback or support messages: when you contact us for help or share feedback. b) Automatically Collected Information When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect limited technical data such as: - Device information (type, operating system, app version); - Log data (IP address, browser type, time zone, and usage duration); - Cookies or local storage identifiers for login sessions and app preferences. c) Location Data (if you consent) If you enable location-based notifications, we may temporarily collect and process your approximate or precise location from your device to: - Send context-aware alerts (e.g., reminders when you’re near a grocery store or your home location); - Improve notification accuracy and app functionality; and - Provide region-specific settings or information. You can control or revoke location access at any time in your device’s settings. We do not continuously track your location or share it with third parties for advertising or profiling.

By using the Platform and enabling specific features such as account creation, notifications, or location access, you provide your freely given, specific, informed, and revocable consent for the collection and processing of your personal data for those purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling those features in your device settings or by writing to us at support@nourishingkothare.com. Upon withdrawal, we will stop processing such data except where required by law.

Your data is securely stored on servers located in India or trusted cloud infrastructure providers that comply with recognized security standards. We retain your data only as long as your account is active or necessary for providing the service. If you delete your account, your personal and pantry data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
